Young hottie Joel hangs helpless in his rope bonds. No matter how he struggles, he cannot move an inch off the massive concrete beam against which he is roped. “Get the fuck off of me!” he says in a surprisingly deep voice when the equally young and pretty Cole strokes his body. But Cole doesn't just want to touch him; - and he has just the device for it, the violet wand. He zaps Joel's nipples and runs the sputtering stick of pain up his arms and over his torso. “You fucker!” Joel screams between moans of pain. A few hours later, we retie Joel's arms down at his side. Then Cole beats him with his double-headed leather flapper. Joel does not disappoint, flexing and gasping, whimpering in pain and yelling “Fuck!” the whole time.
