Teen muscle twink Tommy lies helpless on his back, tight ropes binding him up and down his arms and legs and across his chest and waist. The poor boy looks around desperately, his eyes filled with fear. He can't believe what is happening to him - and it's about to get much worse. One of his captors - the young one in the hoodie - approaches with this strange, humming device. As soon as it touches his body, Tommy screams in pain and shock through his tape gag. It's electricity! They shock him all over - on his nipples, across his torso, even on the bottom of his feet. Then they whip his inner thighs! And tickle his feet!
